This meal package comes with a 4 week meal plan designed by our Dietician to assist with athletic performance and training. Whether you train at the gym, play a sport or are just a very active person, and you want help with what to eat without having to think about it, this package can help you. You will receive one delivery of 10 meals per week for 4 weeks, to eat over the course of your work week. The daily meal plan is provided here for you, but if you would prefer you can distribute the meals however you like.
If you have the need for a longer term meal plan, you can purchase this package as many times as you like. We add some new meals to our menu every 2 weeks in order to keep some variety.
